Frequently asked questions

How long does therapy last?

Typically, insurance companies do not place restrictions on the amount of therapy a client can receive. However, if there are situations where an insurance company limits the number of sessions that are covered, we can advocate for you to try and get more sessions approved. Outside of this, treatment is completed once the client determines they have received everything they need.

Will my insurance cover the cost of therapy?

In most cases, insurance will cover the majority of the cost of therapy. Usually, clients will have a minimal copay they will be required to pay to cover a portion of the cost. Copays are typically determined by the type of plan the client has with their insurance company. We can assist you in finding out what exactly your copay will be.

How do I know if this is the right place/fit for me?

We have multiple clinicians on staff. Each staff member has a different style, approach to therapy, and techniques that they use. At the beginning of treatment, an initial assessment will be conducted to help pair you with the right clinician.
